Last time that I am giving this location a chance to get an order correct. Ordered a Hot Fudge shake with no whip cream, received a vanilla shake with whip cream. We thought the large drink was just over filled so that is why the cup was wet...no the cup was split down the side and leaked all over us. Decided after a year to give the location another try...Ordered three of the new Churro shakes, one without whipped cream. None of the shakes came with the churro bite as pictured, the large had ice cream running down the side and the others were sticky. The only positive is the carhop was very nice. If you are going to staff a business with only young people at least have one person trained in quality control.

I had to repeat my order 3x and all I ordered was a bacon biscuit and drink. Car next to me pulls up and the lady waves at man inside and he comes out and they chit chat, and laughing and I hear him say he's going to get her food and drinks right now. So I watch him go inside get her food and about 5 drinks and I'm still waiting after she's already left. When I finally get my bacon biscuit it was cold and bacon burnt. I just threw it out the window for the birds. Want go back to that location even though it's the closest to work.

So I have tried so many times to give this location a chance,I purchased a blt onion rings large sweet tea and a Jr cheese burger meal. The sandwich had literally 5 pieces of look as if the lasof the lettuce it was diced lik onions a old end piece of tomato and two burnt balls of bacon. And to top it the off the onion rings where hard and burnt, Lord the large tea was un sweet. So yes I was in a hurry and looked at my food later after driving off. And I did speak to someone about my tea I threw my food in the trash, so I was told to come back a get a replacement sweet tea and I asked for the tea twice and I have literally sat here for 45 mins nlready. I have the funds to purchase tea, but why would I. Last time , come McDonald's. And open up.

The carhop I can say was nice and did have good service, but the food I got was cold. The blast I got didn't even have everything I asked for and was mixed just enough on top to look good but 75% of it was straight ice cream. I Called back …Sorry to hear we disappointed you, Erica!
