Automated system is useless for actually helpful information and the Service Center doesn't answer phone calls or provide "Service".

The plebotomists are nice but their front desk staff are very rude to customers. Even drs have given them bad reviews for their terrible customer service, I mean come on!! I don’t know how your system works as I don’t work for labcorp so you might want to learn how to speak nicely to customers that have legit questions about how the bloodwork and tests work. Many others have said this in reviews as well but clearly they don’t care. I prefer Rancho mirage biocorp any day over this place. If my other doc didn’t order my test to lab Corp I wouldn’t be giving them business.
