I've been to this place so many times, but I just looked at my bank statement and saw they stole an extra large tip from me, so I'm never going back

I spend more than 20$ for the food I ordered including drinks and as soon as I left the building going to my car, I accidentally dropped one of the boba drinks I purchase that never been drink or sip. I asked if they can make me a new one, but the manager or a supervisor, which is a lady, refuses to make a new drink and told me to pay or purchase another drink which it cost 5$. She is very rude. Unfriendly. The food is dry, its texture feels like a reheat food.

I found eggshells on my rice. And bones on my orange chicken. I called to explain to her what I found on my food and she acted confuse. And then stop responding to me and acted like the food call dropped but I could hear everything in the background then I heard her literally click on the phone. This lady is extremely ruthless!
