The staff were friendly and the service was quick. The atmosphere is amazing. The tapioca pearls were warm and soft which made the Taro milk tea perfect.

I don't know that they have multiple milk options, but the milk that they use is dairy-free! Although I'm not sure if it's vegan. They definitely have options that don't use milk, like their Refreshes and Fresh Teas!
