I represent a home care / home health company with close to 45 years in business / 325 + employees and this company is just outstanding. Have been doing business with them for close to a decade. Mark is always very professional. Periodically, he contacts his clients to hear their feedback. Brent is also very attentive . Every time I place my order, he replies to my e-mail within minutes. They are also very honest, which I highly value. This morning I was contacted by Camela, who is very professional. She informed me about a credit I had, which would be applied to my current invoice. Most of these reviews are from a marketing firm hired by this company, and the people that are mentioned are no longer there since they left this chop shop. Turnover is unreal considering they only have 5 employees which explains why none of my orders were ever filled. Talked to a different person every time and even the owner said he had better clients to address. Avoid this "business" since there are so many others that have better service and prices.

Camela was so helpful in answering all of my questions about wheelchair rental for our event at Navy Pier! She answered all of my questions and made delivery and pickup a breeze.

Howard offered same delivery, so I ordered a wheelchair in the afternoon, to be delivered a few hours later. Fed Ex drove by my house but didn't stop, telling Howard that they'd deliver the next day which was useless to me.. Bijan from Howard Medical personally brought a wheelchair to my house that afternoon!!!! Phenomenal customer service - thank you Bijan. The wheelchair was critical. Fed Ex also delivered a chair the next day despite being told to return it. My Fed Ex review of one star is next.

Hello Laura, Yes we do! We always have stock of transport chairs, wheelchairs, and mobility scooters. For the wheelchairs we keep stock of 18", 20", 22", and 24". Hello Ava, Yes we do! We generally keep a stock of cpap masks, nasal and full mask, in medium and large. We also generally keep stock of the cpap flexible tubing and power cords. The machines themselves we would need to bring in per order. Best, Mark
