With an adult that 1. Has an IL FOID and 2. Has a legally registered firearm and 3. I would still check with the shop themselves. There are significant restrictions in IL, regarding minors and firearms and possession of ammunition.

Depending on the state, it may be perfectly legal for you to own the weapon and just have to file for the proper licensing and all. Now, if it's CA or NY, then you've got a problem for sure. Look up the state codes. It may be that you just have to register with your local law enforcement

I would say is STOP in and check. Their stock is very very low. I know that they have a gun Smith, but I don't know about checking the used guns for sale. I always had good results buying there, but it was new stuff.

Not sure. It would be hard to cramp more then 2 people within these shooting stalls. Best bet for you is to call. At this location they charge $20.00 for all day. But than with amo shortages they will sell only 2 boxes of amo. Extremely friendly place - and the employee's have great attitude.

I believe only for work puposes ie (police/security) must present a letter from the job requiring the vest. They do not sell privatley last I checked
