Rite Aid should really consider being up front about the time-frame for covid test results. I was told 2-5 days and it's been more than 5 days now....

Called in 2 prescriptions at 9:00am. Recording said they could be picked up at 1:45. I got there after that time. The girl told me they were out of both, that I could get them tomorrow after 3:00. Could have called me! Same thing happened a few years ago. Now I remember why I don’t go there.We are sorry to hear that you have not had a good experience with our pharmacy and we would like the opportunity to learn more.
