Yes make sure you know what you want cause they have dead flowers so of you pick a dead flower they can do nothing but they can deffenly sell you a dead flower

I don't know for sure, my guess would be yes. I haven't used any from there. I have been using Snoop Dogg's CBD cream and oil. So far with good results. I have never bought any through a store locally.
