Worst customer service I have ever Experienced, if I could rate a negative 1 I would have. We walked in and my Niece ( who is 24 years old) picked up an item unsure what it was and the pieces fell to the floor. The man was watching us the whole time ran over and accused her of braking it and insisted we pay for it . It was already broken he was rude we paid for it and bought nothing else!!! Not sure how they stay open unless this is a sales tactic. Stay away from from Rocket Fizz in Lancaster California!!

The concept is super cool but the candy is very old. I know businesses have had a hard time in the last few years but I can't even pop in for a bag of taffy anymore because they're all old and dont taste right. I've tried several times and i get burned each time. We've bought several bottles of Butterbeer here and they're flat and expired. Last time we went in my husband was handling our 4 year old who was throwing a tantrum when the owner tried to give him candy. I had to step in and tell him he doesn't get rewarded for throwing a fit.
