My husband recently passed and my daughter took the family on a cruise. I was excited and went to this establishment for the works! I was very pleased with the service and the staff were very kind! Unfortunately, I had a severe reaction to the eyelashes, it must of been the adhesive. I went back to tell them about my experience not looking to be compensated for my experience; my intention was to save someone else from this experience. All I suggested is to post some form of warning in regards to the adhesive. I was met with a dismissive tone and told I should of known I would have an allergic reaction. This is a matter of principle now... I was physically impaired and to add insult to injury dismissed in a rude manner. I didn't deserve that...

I really liked going here but recently when I went, the price had tripled. Idk much about nails but it seemed a little to pricy for what I was getting. I love going here but the price isn’t doing it for me. 🥲

I would go here for years!! Until prices went up ridiculously so I'd just go for pedicures and it wasn't until I was treated rudely by Christine for pedis I would always have to wait an hour & never complained until one day I showed up a few minutes late, she was upset, giving me attitude & purposely HURTING ME she really told me I didn't have to make an appointment with her & that I could go with anyone else, I said I know I don't.. I schedule with you because I like how you work.. she said when you come late my customers after you get upset & complain I explained to her every other time I went I always waited an hour & never complained! I went 2 times after that & she made it obvious she was talking about me with other employees in their language, made me wait extra time on purpose she'd see me then go eat so I could wait longer. Very disrespectful employees Never will I return. I appreciate the manager for always going out of his way for me though he should just put some employees in check.. customer care comes first.

They can do what ever ypu want bring a picture and they will match it... They do the BEST NAILS IN MO VAL
It depends on what style and length and gel or regular.... Call and ask... If u go make an appointment or you'll have to wait for awhile... They are ALWAYS busy..... Mostly repeat customers.... Great nail shop....
