Listen… I worked there only to be laid off in the end via Zoom. Management was beyond under-qualified. Dealt with a prejudice manager who provided constant racial micro aggressions towards myself and those around me and literally knew nothing within his scope of practice and blamed other employees for his shortcomings. In addition, the other drivers and staff were amazing to see on a daily and they made the experience worth something through meeting them. After being laid off I was told that they’d give me recommendations and a transfer, only for me to be blocked and ignored when the time came to apply. And to add insult to injury, the severance payout time period was not accurate. Then after doing all of those layoffs they forced my coworkers to work at another location on short notice and told them to either take the offer or quit. Disgusting. They deserve all the shortcomings that are happening to them.

DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT BUY FROM CARVANA. They have the worst communication ever and the delivery driver will reschedule your car for their convenience. They have reschedule our car twice without notice and it's becoming very frustrating.we purchased car on March 8th and still no car! I promise you, save the headache. Buy from Carmax or anyone else but these people.

Total Scam! Found a vehicle that was mysteriously delayed numerous times without explanation. They canceled the initial appointment 2 hours before drop off. After calling, the vehicle was still 3 days away in transit...knowing this why wasn't I notified sooner??? Then on Christmas day another reschedule notification. A vehicle that was supposed to take 3 days to get here now was going to take 2 weeks. Not to mention that I ended up having to pay car insurance on a vehicle that was never in my possession due to all the delays. Don't waste your time.

I had the opportunity to sell two vehicles to Carvana. I was in the car business for 30+ years, from sales to general manager. The Carvana experience is what buying and selling should always be. Slick! They know how to make things easy and fun. I told my son about my experience and he sold his car to Carvana and then bought one from them. He called me to thank me, he was so happy with both the buying and selling. Take it from an old car guy, buy and sell through Carvana!
