Staff is incompetent and management is extremely rude. I’ve only been to this location twice since moving and oh my god it is wowing. Both times I’ve gone I’ve had to make an amazon return (which amazon pays for shipping, label, and packaging for returns). The first time the label had to be printed, they charged me $5 for having it emailed and printed, have never had that happen at a UPS store. My most recent experience, today I had three separate items that were under one QR code to be returned all together. The staff tried to scan my original box before letting me even speak as to what my needs were. Then when trying to explain his manager comes over and rudely tells me Amazon does not pay for returns, you have too, that is false. Amazon is KNOWN for paying for their returns. He then continues to gaslight me into trying to buy an $18 box to ship these items back. I refused and walked out as he scoffed and complained about me to customers and other employees. I don’t know if they’re running a scam operation here but they clearly do not understand what they are doing at this location. UPDATE (9/7/2022): Went to a different UPS store to try and return these packages but was not able to because this store did not void the return. Confirmed with the other UPS that this was indeed incorrect and that charging me was not in protocol. I returned to this UPS where Calvin (Rude manager stated before) helped me but not without being rude and lying to me about our interaction yesterday.The staff also started to laugh and talk about me when I entered. I did get him to take the packages but while he continued to be rude and condescending. He also tried to make me take the boxes I came in with.

Helpful. Got the job done. Way way way too expensive. I'll send overnight by post office or FedEx in the future

Here at 1:53 PM on Sunday the hours say 10 to 3 they’re supposed to be open but they’re closed

The middle-aged white man who works here is nasty and speaks to customers as if he’s running a prison. Imagine how he speaks to his employees! I’m not sure who this bottom dweller thinks he is, but he needs to be put in his place.
