I rented a Uhaul from them on Saturday and the young lady named Jasneek, that helped me was very pleasant. Very easy to work with and quick to help us and someone else at the same time, leaving neither one without an answer. After going back to return the uhaul I worked with another pleasant young woman by the name of Bree. She got me in and out with enough time to get back to work in a timely fashion. The customer service was wonderful. Most uhauls that I’ve been to seem like the employees could care less about working with people. 10 out of 10.

Well, later they offered to install wiring free of labor charge. That's great on their part to understand and try to compensate for the issue. I came here for hitch wiring with a prior appointment. The technician didn't give an ETA and I just wanted for 3 hours for him to get to it. Then he came up and said he can't get to it because he can't finish his current job. I asked for a refund and headed out. Will make sure to never come back here.

Everytime I go here to get propane the workers are just standing around. Waited over 10 mins. I ended up leaving.

I called inquiring about a truck and when I said med. THEY SAID THIS ISNT SUBWAY, and then he asked what size, just to say there isn't any available. ????
