Someone in the housholds must be 55+. That doesn't mean their spouse/partners have to be 55+. They can be younger. No children in the park.

There's a secured fenced area to park motorhomes. If your asking if a motorhome is allowed to hook up at a friends or family member's home the answer is no.
Shopping is close by, Santa Maria is laid out nicely. Lot fees depends in if you buy the home n property or just the home. Just the home lot fee on modular home side is near $800.00.
