Used app to order a common meal deal for pickup. We came three minutes early and ended up waiting for thirty minutes before receiving order. Employees just standing around doing nothing when we arrived. While waiting five other customers came in and the employees were all dazed and confused. They struggled to take and complete orders. No direction behind the counter at all. Got home and all sauces were missing and everything was cold and dried out. Don't bother with this restaurant unless you want lousy service and awful food.

The place has improved a lot lately. The staff used to be horrible and just not care. But, now this staff really has been overhauled. God treated great and we didn't have to wait 30 minutes in the drive thru with only 4 cars.

We waited in the Drive-Thru for about twenty minutes because the car in front of us was waiting for their food, we didn’t think the same would happen to us! We got to the window and paid, then were asked to pull around to the front because our order would be another 10 minutes!!!! What!!?! We were in shock, pulled up to the front to wait and our food came out, it was warm, but why so long for the wait? We were the ONLY two cars in line. I just don’t understand. A plus is they do offer a military discount. Side note- this location has one of the light post decorations on the side of the building hanging down, just waiting to slide down one of the awnings and onto someones car, totally hazardous!
