They didn't tell me they were out of icing/frosting for the cinnamon bread until giving me the order. What a waste of money and food.

Absolutely LOVE their version of a "sub" (my fav: the Italian sub!) - more like a stromboli really, but 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 none the less & their menu is quite affordable for any budget!

Ordered a pizza with pepperoni and black olives, took them an hour and a half to have it ready to pick up. When I finally got the pizza home I opened a box and found that not only did it have the wrong olives but somehow they forgot the freaking cheese somehow. I Tried contacting them via the website and I still have not heard back from them and it's over a week later.

Not good. Ordered 2 salads that was over $30 and then after picking them up and getting back to the office, all there was is a bowl of lettuce. NO MEAT, NO CHEESE, NO DRESSING, NO FORK. I tried calling but was put on hold twice for over 10 …Hi Greg, we are so sorry to hear you had a bad experience with one of our salads and pizza. Questions & Answers

Do other people experience rude customer service when they call this location(plainfield)? I just want to know if its a bad employee or bad location and the reviews have me think it's the location but I'd like some other opinions.

I've never had a problem here and if I do I say it right away. They are always nice Call em back and say they're rude.put em in there place.sucks you had a problem.I've never had in 3 yrs

Depending on where you are at Hungry Howies may not deliver to your address. You'd have to call the store and ask if they will. If they can't/won't the amazing employees over there will find out if there is a location that would deliver to your house, if not then maybe look elsewhere for delivery.
