My latest experience was with Shaynie in customer service over the phone. I was trying to order a single box of cartridges that their website showed in lot volumes. This is now the day after I had just purchased an item that I was hoping hadn't shipped yet so it could all go in one shipment. Shaynie broke through the red tape and got me my one box, included with my shipment and charged it on the same card as my original order, all while I was on hold. Try doing that on-line!
