Yes, we have 5" tall shells. We currently have 4 different types. They can be found on our website hpfireworks.com under Artillery Shells.
They may have some sales, but they are open throughout the year. They do not mark down fireworks after the 4th just to get rid of their product. The quality of their fireworks is very good for the money, and much better than competitors. Their products sell themselves, so it could also be slim choices to pick from right after the 4th.
