I was grieving the lost of my mother so my boyfriend decided to surprise me with my favorite desert and send chocolates to lift my spirits . I missed the delivery at my office (4 miles away) so I called to arrange to pick up the gift myself as the business is OLNY 3 MILES away from my home.The owner asked me for address and said she will deliver after 5pm. After i spoke with her She then called my bf to get over on him and made him pay an extra $20 fee to deliver a $30 box of. She told him the address was further the the original delivery , which is untrue ! Not to mention i was on my way to pick up the gift myself. This is horrible customer service we will never support this company again . She personally delivered the Chocolate's in a 0.10 cent cheap bag and she left at my concierge and not at my door step after forcing him to pay $20 . This is horrible customer service we will never support this company again . I don’t suppory companies that scheme and get over on men trying to do something nice for their loved ones. Have some integrity and buy nice bags when charging $20 delivery fees for $30 chocolates.

Whenever I'm in Miami I stop in .but I also order my chocolate online and have them delivered cross country. Lol love this place

By far the best chocolates in Miami. With a wide variety of quality and aesthetically pleasing chocolate choices, Romanicos also does an exceptional job of offering personalized service for every occasion (birthday, wedding, mother's day...). The chocolate is made on site, which is quite rare to see in Miami. All the workers and the owner are very helpful and welcoming. I recommend without a doubt!
