I had a bad experience on Tuesday, my time was 9am and I sat there from 8:50 to 10am without being attended to until I had to complain at the reception, a total lack of respect and lack of thought, since it was empty and motionless. I travel 1 hour to be attended and I stay seated for more than 1 hour?!?!?!?! And it's not the first time, I lose 1 hour to go and an hour to return and I have to wait more than an hour to be called

They did a covi19 booster study for me and they didn't finish paying me, I call and the coordinators hide and don't answer the calls, the operator takes the message and nothing happens.
