My experience from the time i walked him there was terrible , the rest room was disgusting, then i walked up to the register every staff member stared at me and took about 10 minutes to be addressed. They took my order and i went and had a seat with my guy friend in the corner and we were interrupted four times by the staff sweeping and asking us to hold our feet up and mopping and then sweeping again which was very rude to do since they had over an hr to close. Do not recommend and there was a hair in my smoothie

Tropical smoothie was pretty clean and so were the bathrooms. The woman that took my order was really kind. Waited less than 10 minutes even with another person in front of me! I ordered the Blimey Limey and it was super good and smooth consistency! 9/10 would return!!

Smoothies are usually good but customer service is horrible. Yes !!! They could careless about customer service or how people feel. YOU have to go the right time my favorite time is when the young girl that looks Hispanic but knows my name each time i go.
I never had that problem. I would of taken it back to them and asked them to make me another one.
