I was phoning in a last minute rental and they tried to accommodate me, the event needs changed so I only picked up a partial order

Very disappointed with the service I got and their processes. I had rented 3 tables, 24 chairs, and 3 ivory color linen for the tables. At the time of pickup they forgot to give the linen - thankfully I realized before I got all the way home (15 miles away) and returned back to pick them up. On the day of my event, an hour before the event time I spread the linen and realized that one of linen was white color not ivory! Very disappointing. With guests about to arrive we had no choice but to use what we got. But that was not the end of our negative experience- when I returned the items they charged me for a ‘missing’ linen because they wanted me to return 3 Ivory colored linen and I just returned what I had received. I find this just wrong. Shows they have poor processes at time of delivery, and poor customer service. Repeated requests for their owner or manager to call and discuss also fell on deaf ears. We are not impressed and very dissatisfied.

Will not use this company again. Chose them for their location close to our home. Salesperson was rude, told me he was sending me a contract via email and that in was to sign it and send back (didn’t say when he was sending), and then he berated me for calling 30 minutes later to ask if he’d sent contract yet. Told me there were “12 other people in front of me…” before he apologized for his behavior. I had told salesperson we would be setting up tent on our pool deck and needed blocks or water canisters to secure tent (we’ve done this before) and he sent stakes for ground. We were then charged for an additional visit by setup crew and few for concrete blocks. They added patio heaters at our request, but didn’t send tanks of gas. Ka Ching…3rd charge. During takedown the crew tore our umbrella cover (less than 1 year old and pictured above) and didn’t say anything. It was pouring rain so I didn’t notice it until later in the day. All around bad experience and no one ever apologized.
