Sad I have to give a 1 ⭐️ Review because Terry in sales was amazing. But from there working with Ray Citte has been a nightmare. We put 3 grand cash down on an RV with the promise of putting 7500 more down on day of pick up. We signed papers and said we could pick up and put the rest down in three weeks. We came in on pick up day and was informed that we would have to put down even more money than originally agreed upon in order to take the trailer home. We were never once contacted during those three weeks to be informed that more money was required. So we decided that purchasing from Ray was not in the cards. We then requested our 3000 down payment back from them (we made sure this was refundable before putting the money down and we’re assured it was 100% refundable) It has now been a week since we requested our refund. We have been told many excuses as to why we cannot get a refund and I am at my wits end! All I want is our money back. It’s not that hard Ray Citte. Figure it out!

They are all smiles and being helpful until you sign on the line... we paid an additional $3000 to have extended warranty and had our water pump go out before a year had passed. We called to have it taken care of and took it back with the understanding it was covered. As soon as we dropped it off they informed us there's a $100 fee to use the extended warranty. That was never disclosed at signing. Then they told us it would be ready a few days later. A week goes by with no call, no information about our trailer. It took my husband calling them and asking what was happening, for them to say it would be more time. Then we go pick it up and they charged us material costs to replace the "warranty" item that just cost us $100. I will never recommend Ray Citte Rv to anyone! In fact I would suggest you look elsewhere!
