Have stayed here many times. It's a nicer place than others are, for the same price. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean and nice.

Easy check-in, easy to find, super helpful, and no issues at all. Note that it is near the freeway but the noise wasn't too loud for me. Great all around stay!

Bernadette did an amazing job making our experience here enjoyable. My friends and I came out here for a 2 day show and booked the hotel because of the competitive price, and luckily we showed up a little early and didn't have to wait too long to check in. With the lobby closed and 1 person checking people in, it got busy real quick. After getting checked in, we couldn't get into one of the rooms that we booked, so I had to go wait in a long line to get new key cards. Bernadette was busy taking care of other things but pulled me out of line and got me new keys before having to wait to get to the from of the line. Later, we noticed she was cleaning a room between two of our rooms, while the third room we were waiting to get new keys for was in another building, so we asked if we could get that room between our other two rooms and she was quick to make sure we would get that room. You can tell Bernadette really cared and she listened very well. Bernadette deserves a raise for being so helpful and being such a hard worker!

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Check in was great! Really nice staff! Got to the room with my 2 young children and the entire room smelled like smoke. The smell was so bad my wife wanted to leave in the middle of the night. It smelled like someone was sitting in there smoking right before we walked in! Terrible!!!
