To my surprise Carhartt has retail stores, and while in town last week I came across this one and so glad I did. Carhartt is an awesome company that puts out incredible products too. My pleasure was to meet Kurt Harrison-Garcia (store leader, more like store rock star). This guy went well above and beyond customer service expectations and made my shopping experience an exceptional one. I bought what I liked but since traveling, I didn't have room to carry on, no problem right? None, Kurt offered to ship whatever I purchased to my home and when he did included two super cool bonus items too. This is why I love shopping in store versus on-line and when you are at a great place like this and get helped by a person like Kurt, it's so cool, so fun and so not on-line. Run, don't walk and come here today or as soon as you can and ask for Kurt, he will take excellent care of you.
