Car desperately needed to have its windows cleaned. Windows so hazy could barely see the road when sun shined into the windshield. Absolutely horrible time trying to get ahold of the local branch. Would call multiple times on any given day and maybe talked to a human twice over almost a month. I would call the main number for the branch and the regional or national office would pick up and could not help me. They then redirect me back to local branch to resolve the issue with my vehicle and State Farm. Even the regional or national office had a difficult time reaching out to the local branch and getting any sort of response. They would email multiple times regarding an extension on my rental and they could see in their records it was never opened or responded to.

Yes, they have an after-hours drop box
You can find cars on Saturday so long you have made a reservation earlier in the week. If you show up on a Saturday without reservation try to make it early cuz they close at 3 p.m. They may not have cars available around 2pm. Hope this helps
