I have not seen that they have that option. You can Google about recycling highlighters there is a place you can send them to be recycled.

They do offer it free at times if you are a resident in a town that participates in SOCCRA recycling you can shread as much as you want at the center on Coolidge by Meijers for free
You would need to take it in and show them what you want and they can give you a quote. It also depends on how fast you need it .
