I use to love Fabletics & have made many orders with them & even became a member. My last two orders I never received. The first one they did a resend & I eventually got that. The second time this happened (it’s been almost a month since I ordered & two weeks since it said “delivered”) Fabletics won’t do anything for me since they sent a reorder for my order from before. They won’t even refund me my money. I feel this isn’t fair as I don’t have control on how they deliver items & I never received the items I ordered. Now my money is wasted. I will no longer shop from Fabletics & will tell my friends & family of my experience.

I never review companies but I have to share my experience and This really is a 0 star review, not reviewing the location but the company in whole. Order something online and when it said delivered looked out my front door and didn't see that package, contacted a rep via chat and they told me I couldn't even make a claim on the items until 5 days after I contacted them (what bs is that) so I disputed the claim on my card, Fabletics shut my account down so I couldn't even log in online to chat with a rep again. This has been a nightmare at least I know I'm covered via my bank but fabletics customer service is beyond horrendous. I'm sure this doesn't happen to everyone but please avoid this company like the plague I had heard previous hoarer stories, but after my experience I believe them this company has awful customer service. I can only imagine how garbage the products from dealing with the customer service. Please avoid spend your money on something else.

Gee Money

My wife and I are on vacation as I write this review. We were enticed into the store with 60% off signs. Staff is super friendly and I mean all of the young ladies, not just a couple of them! Young lady at dressing room labeled rooms with our names and other staff assisted in finding clothing suited for my wife. Staff even gave us what the discount price of each article of clothing would be for members. Clothing itself was polyester and nylon, so not the best quality but sewn together well and looks good. All items designed in L.A. but made in China . Seems to be sized small than it should be. We ended up with eight items. We’ll done staff in SLC!
