I had a great experience today getting a few car issues worked out. The women helping us today was very sweet and made our situation very easy to get corrected. I recommend AAA for any car registration issues you have. It is worth the money to become a member for the great service they provide.

We locked the keys in our truck in Brodheadsville. Called AAA at 4:50 pm. First response they would be there in less than an hour. An hour plus later they had still not arrived. I called back and was told they were running a little behind and would be there soon. Two more hours later I called again and they said they didn’t know what to tell me. Eventually we got a ride home to get some tools to break into the truck on our own. BTW, they never showed up. At 9:50 we got back in the truck on our own. 5 hours we waited and no show!

Was thinking nowadays it wasn't really stopping in to get information that we could find online but was pleasantly surprised to find it well worth the trip. Joe helped us and had a ton of information that we didn't know as well as the background and history of other travelers to give us some tips and ideas that we weren't thinking of and didn't find elsewhere. We also got some more information about the insurance which usually we skip but in today's environment it really put our mind at ease (for a very reasonable cost) to know that if anything went wrong whether it be travel or COVID or what that we would be covered and have nothing to worry about. Highly recommend and will definitely be using again.
