Impossible to make an appointment. Online says no appointments are available. When I called, recording told me to go online and then hung up. WTH? This happened several times over the period of three weeks.

TERRIBLE! I had a windshield replaced on my previous car about 15 years ago and Safelite in Cherry Hill, NJ was great. This time, THE EXPERIENCE WAS TERRIBLE!!!When i went to pick up my car, we waked around the car to do an inspection. The left side of the frame of the car was scratched and chipped all the way down to the metal where they must have used a tool to remove the old windshield. When i brought it to "Tyler's" attention(technician), he said "it was already like that before we even worked on it, and i got pictures to prove it. " This was an absolute lie. I then showed him my pics that I took of it before it was dropped off to Safelite to show my proof that my car DID NOT ARRIVE TO SAFELITE WITH DAMAGE TO PAINT AROUND THE WINDSHIELD. I then asked to speak to the manager (his name was "Ron"). Ron came out to look at my car. I also had mentioned concern regarding the obvious dips and curves in the top of the black rubber seal at the top of the windshield. Ron (the manager) responded: "It's only cosmetic. Nothing to worry about. " I expressed that I didn't bring in my car looking like that and that I wasn't leaving with it looking like that either. Ron then stated " look, the rubber seal is just cosmetic. There's nothing we can do about that. The best i can do is get ya a touch-up paint pen for the scratches. " My car was covered in back debris from the hood all the way to the bumper. My car was left unlocked by the sidewalk, by your staff on the lot(which is accessible to anybody on a busy road). I am utterly disappointed in the LACK concern by your employees to ensure customer satisfaction. It's not fair that I took it in for a windshield replacement, to end up having more damage done to it while at your shop. Terrible, frustrating, and dissatisfied experience.

Chris with Safelite was awesome!!! Communication was great throughout my windshield replacement. Clean, fast and easy. Would definitely use Safelite again.

Yes, there is a waiting area, but you might wait an hour or several, depending on the repair & how busy they are.
The usually garuntee they may refund you .not sure since you already had it done
They can. They can also let you know whether it can be filled (depending on size) or if it needs to be replaced.
If you pay for comp. Insurance your insurance company will most likely pay for it.
