Horrible place donnot take your car here. They will take your money, say they fixed your car and mess it up even more. They do not have mechanics that are suitable to do more than an oil change. $2200 worth of work and car broke down agin within 4 days . Towed the car back, they gave us the run around. To only tell us it’s something electrical and we have to take it to a different specialist to see if it’s something they did. These people and this location have no integrity. It is sad in this economy they would treat peoples money like it grows on trees. I myself had $800 of work done on my car door and the very next day my window would not roll up and the car door would not open… they tried to charge me for some piece they said they needed I told them ain’t no way I’m spending another dollar. The spirit behind this place demonic and terrible. I don’t know if they don’t pay the people enough or what. I will say this, this is the wrong day and time to mess over people. We work hard for every dollar. It’s better to close down and revamp, get better staff and hire certified mechanics with integrity. But after this last experience I know it’s downhill and over for pep boys.
