Rooms were decent for the most part. Breakfast was good; pool was well kept. However, our first room of the night greeted us with a toilet that wasn’t working at all. It would not even flush. We got switched to a different room at 9pm that night (after we had already settled in to discover our toilet wasn’t working) and then was not offered a discounted rate for an inconvenient room switch. Disappointing. Stay here if you’re just looking for a place to stay. EDIT: You haven’t accepted one ounce of feedback from anyone based off what I’ve read. Our experience wasn’t overall poor, though the response here was quite rude. A discount wouldn’t have necessarily made it more convenient, but would have been a nice compensation after having to move rooms at 9pm. Have a nice day!

I called the front desk to make a reservation for June, and the staff accidentally booked it for April. Upon calling before my actual June arrival, they said I didn’t have a reservation and that I no-showed in April. Staff said they would talk to manager about a possible refund/next steps and then get back to me. My follow-up calls and emails were ignored and I was blamed for their mistake. I’ve been waiting for weeks for an answer.

The building is older and could use improvement in maintenance but the room was nice and everything worked. It is quaint Cape cod. My room had a balcony overlooking the indoor pool which was cool.

Clean and comfortable.. not the Marriott but very good. The rooms are spacious and clean. The jacuzzi was a nice perk . The continental breakfast offered lots of options like scrambled eggs, sausage , yogurt, fruit and pastries.
