The worker stole my ps5 and said it was ready for pickup before it was out for delivery. This place is terrble. The tall black lady with short hair is very rude. I have an investigation out on this place until i am reimbursed or ps5 is found.

The employee I dealt with was lackluster at best. Zero customer service and frankly, naggy. Literally all you have to do is perform your job. Lecturing customers and being all-around a zero on the personality scale is just sad for you.

Yes, they are. I have reported this multiple times. I have been met with 'my manager will look into it and call you back'. I have been told by managers themselves they would contact me about it. I have called higher offices in Miami, to never hear from them again. Nobody cares. It's gotten to the point I will only use vendors that use USPS in the event there is no other option, not package pickup or a vendor that uses UPS or Fedex or DHL. I got a pickup notice in my mail box, only to arrive and be told it didn't exist and they knew nothing about it. It was probably a card with cash from my dad, but who knows? It could have been a letter from an abusive stalker, it would have been great as legal ammunition, but GONE without a trace. When they aren't stealing, they are LOSING things or delivering them to the wrong building entirely. I have actually found trash in my box. Pastry wrappers, wadded up paper, you name it. 'Wasn't me' was basically the answer I get for every complaint.

I am not sure whether their phone is working or not. Maybe try emailing. They are not known for good customer service so that may be part of the issue.
