Lived here since 2019 when it was under AHS Residential's and moved out in 2022 and did not renew my contract due to price increase. Noticed a few issues occurring within the community after AHS sold the property to a Corporate whos office is located in a different state. With the all the patience in the world and respect that I given to Emily (property manager) and her team who's has been through 4 different assist. it says a lot. After treated like a child with no respect as a human and no professionalism as a Corporate professional. This company has put me through it with 2 different property manger who left and quit the position rising a lot of red flags. - 2wks before my move out date the New Corporate company changed my locks stating I have vacated my apartment. - My 2019 through 2022 file has not been saved or upload in the system or notes taken down regarding my account and information. - When finally meeting Emily for the first time I approached her with a smile, introduced myself to her and asked her "How are you" and this is while walking my apartment with her on her first day. You can tell why Corporate hire for her Aggressiveness but to what point. -Emily's office visit Since the residents themselves have issues calling the property but your best bet is to go the office. Went the office on Friday after work and commutated with the 3rd new front desk girl regarding a question that taken so long to answer since documents were never saved or account being with noted. Front Desk Rep. says Emily is in her office go head walk-in i do that and Greeted Emily with a smile and asked kindly "how are you" she was on the defensive mode "I can't stop what I am doing to talk to you." Looked at her and understood her behavior as overly critical behavior to workplace bullying, job dissatisfaction, and psychological distress. ASH Residentials from the New Company: * It was not an easy successfully transfer, from Residents files not being saved *Different new people in and out quitting *No email communication about discussion *More professionalism Training Note yourself keep documents saved, and fight for yourself respect.

Emily ( The Property Manager) is one of the most personable people I've ever met. She handle my tough situations and made me feel comfortable. Every time I meet with Emily she goes above and beyond. She is an asset to your company and her attitude and teamwork work ethic are something hard to find these days. Emily puts one hundred and ten percent on every project she does. I am so happy to have met Emily and appreciate her hard work

I lived here for 2 year under another property management, very diligent and respectful of the residents of this community, unfortunately they are not here anymore, the new company doesn’t care about costumer service, and residents, my AC unit broke more than a month ago, and still hasn’t get fix (1-they said they are waiting for their main office to approve the labor “BS”, 2- they said that order the parts already and every week is coming and never get here) I have more than enough pictures and videos of how this place it’s going the wrong way, I will attached the unit the provided me for support (it’s not big enough to handle one apartment) I wish I could give this people 0 stars but Google doesn’t let me.

I’ve been a resident since November 2021 and was pleased with the service that the old management company had to offer. I’ve paid my rent on time every month since that time and haven’t had any issues with the old payment portal system. The new management company on the other hand is a complete disaster. First it’s took them several months to get the new payment portal system up and ruining and its experiencing numerous problems at this time.the website states I have outstanding balances when I have paid all fees on time. I’ve made numerous attempts to call the office with no response. I walked in to the office and have been told “I don’t have time to help you right now” the people in the office have no idea what’s going on and are not willing to help at all. I asked the manger in the office to provide me with the phone number of her boss and she rudely denied and told me to google it myself. Letters about cleaning the surrounding areas of the complex were sent out a few weeks back and not a single thing mentioned in those letters have been completed. If your looking to move into this complex reconsider for the time being if you don’t want a headache.

Is a certified letter sent to my new address Ed? Alos 15 days after lease is up security deposit gains interest untill returned.. And why would you keep it Ed ?
