I was treated terribly by a man behind the counter who asked me " What do you want " very rudely. Judging from the other gentleman also asking questions, he was disappointed with the service as well. He then told me that they sell everything online and I couldn't buy anything from this location. He told the other gentleman something different. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE or maybe it was due to my skin tone. Either way the customer service at least on this day sucked.

Wow!!! We had a mixup with a lost check and a credit card that was used to pay for an excellent and timely repair that Mike did and after sorting things out I ended up paying twice! To straighten things out I called the customer service no. And was greeted by a very nice English speaking voice that happened to be Laura ,and she was already on the resolve of this problem and was cutting me a check before I had chance to say very much except my name. It’s nice to know there are American workers that are the best if you give them chance to be! Thanks Mike and Laura you are what makes Bachmann great!
