Under the cabinet microwave stopped heating. I called B&K and asked if I pulled it, and brought it in could they take a look. Very friendly phone attendant indicated that would be great as they could get a look at it more quickly that way. I had considered just buying a new one as after a quick you-tube search it looked like it could be a multitude of problems and significant diagnostics to determine what was really wrong. Anyhow from the friendly sales associate that received the appliance and helped me get it out of the trunk and onto a roll cart, to the repair fellow, who had it fixed within a week (when they indicated the diagnosis time could be up to two weeks) And the price after diagnosis of $36 to fix was way better than buying a $300+ microwave. I was impressed at every turn. They were honest and fair and I hope the good work rewards them! I don't write many reviews, but this great service all around deserved a bit of my time!
