Truly terrible experience. Kathy was unprofessional and unreliable. I paid the amount for the package I chose via the link she sent to me. When I told her it was paid she denied that she received it. Telling me she can’t continue to help me until I pay. I sent her a screenshot of the transaction and then she ignored me, I had to message her more than I should have ever had to just to get a response about scheduling my appointment to view her inventory after I paid over $1000. I finally got my appointment scheduled, drove two hours to the location, only to wait 3 hours past my scheduled time just to have her finally respond saying she was out of town on vacation. This appointment has been scheduled weeks in advance so there is no excuse for wasting mine and my family’s time the way she did. This was all pre covid and my wedding got cancelled. I have waited to make this review until I was certain there was no way I could ever use the credit for something. So basically I ended up wanting a refund, and I was aware it was only 50% back. I thought that since covid was something unexpected that she would have a different policy for the brides who’s weddings were cancelled under those conditions. Nope, not the case. Which is fine, I signed the contract stating that I understood this was the refund policy. Where the issue lies is that it took months of me asking her repeatedly to send me the refund money. She would make up excuses, ignore me, or get snappy at me and call me names. I truly have never been treated in such a disrespectful manner by a business as I have with Kathy. After reading the reviews it appears this is not a rare occurrence to happen. My experience is not related to any of the previous reviews written. If you are considering her business I highly suggest stay far away.

A good friend of mine paid this company $1300 to decorate her wedding in 2020 but, due to COVID-19 shutting the state down, my friend had to postpone her wedding. The owner said she would refund 50% of the cost but never paid it, even after my friend followed up several times over that past year and a half. The company policy said that all the money used could be transferred to a future event but the owner blocked my friend’s number and hangs up on her when she calls using different numbers. So now my friend can never use the services she paid $1300 for. After looking into this woman further, we’ve discovered she has been convicted of attempted theft, falsifying information, and fraud. I’d stay away from this “business.”

I can’t believe how rude and unprofessional she is. I didn’t even use her but asked her if she had vases i could rent, and then my bridesmaids that is helping me asked her as well. She sent me a horrible message yelling at me for both me and bridesmaid asking her if she had vases to rent . She told me to never contact her again and blocked me. I have never met this lady and can’t believe what happened. Stay away!!!!!!!!! Still in shock

We require masks. I schedule appts to limit number of occupants. I am including 10 bottles of sanitizer with each Complete Decor Collection. All items rented out are sanitized with spray and/or santitizing wipes on return.
