Great clips used to advertise "just walk in" for a hair cut. Last week, I walked in & asked for a particular stylist, & was told one person was ahead of me. I waited for 40 minutes as 4 "call-ins" walked in during that time. The stylist apologized as she kept taking the next "call in". If I knew that all "call-ins" would have been taken before me, I would have made an appt before I walked in! After 40 minutes of waiting, & still waiting for those ahead of me, I walked out. I can make an appt at any hair salon, so I DO NOT plan on going to GREAT Clips ever again! 🤨

came in and told the barber i wanted to keep the hair longer than what i got last time. I simply just wanted to keep the length and i told them that. She then cuts my hair way shorter than what i got last time and completely ruined it with no length at all. Came home with a ruined self esteem and legit almost cried. The Barber doesn’t have the ability to listen to a simple request. This place have messed up my hair multiple times but this is the last chance i gave them.

They want you to use a face mask and they have face masks but the manager is just rude to let customers use them. Any other time they have taken my mask and had me use there mask. They have a fresh pack of masks but apparently she can't let 1 go. She was rude last time and the haircut was horrible so actually should say thanks for taking my business elsewhere.

I usually use location alot. I have a special needs child. I have taken her here before. Never a problem. Checked in online. I had the hair stylist Laura. I put my daughter in chair. I explained to her what I would like done. She acted like she could not do it. My daughter was particularly happy andThe stylist seemed irritated that Grace was moving around.. she told me maybe I need to come back later when she calms down.. I tried to get my daughter to sit still but she was smiling and just happy.. but what really made me mad was Grace hit her leg with her foot.. She looked at me irritated and said can you please have her stop kicking me.. she kicked me 3 times. I apologized but at the same time was very upset the she had no compassion for my daughter.
