My wife made the reservation two days before using OPEN TABLE for two couples to celebrate Their wedding anniversaries. We arrived at 6:00PM to find they did not have reservations and seated us in a booth. Our waitress came and took our drink orders very promptly. Our wine was very good. We ordered our meals, I ordered a Prime Rib with salad, baked potato, wax and green beans my wife ordered shrimp scampi and salad. Our salads were just okay, many places have better. My Prime Rib was the poorest cut of meat I have seen it was about half fat with several parts tough to chew at this price you expect a lot better cut of meat (PRIME). Then the beans were picked and put on my plate raw they went back with the pile of fat. My wife’s shrimp scampi was just mediocre. What a disappointment.

A nice dinner space with upgrades and features. Spacious booths with an indoor water feature. Lots of rooms to hold special occasions. Food was well prepared hot and tasty. Decent beer menu and lots of wine choices. Would come back and try a few more entrées

Yikes. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant - a huge disappointment! My husband made reservations for us and our son for Mother’s Day brunch and we were excited as we had heard great things about the food here. Our reservations were for 11:30am and when we arrived the hostess said she’d check our table. She NEVER CAME BACK. We asked 3 more times spanning over almost 50 minutes about our table and kept being told that they would check on it and be right back. We saw multiple 12pm reservations seat before us. When I finally asked the girl who never returned the first time we were finally seated after an hour of waiting- which there were 5-6 open tables in the area we were seated. No one ever apologized for our wait or that they clearly forgot about us. When we got to the brunch almost all the food was gone and I couldn’t even finish my plate because the food was cold. My husband and I at least got a good laugh out of the entire thing because we just couldn’t believe it. We won’t be coming back, that’s for sure. I will say our waiter and the bartender were lovely and the only reason we didn’t just walk out after the scarce and cold brunch.

Sunday Brunch Buffet here was quite disappointing. Hostess and waitress were great but the food was scarce, poor quality and not to temp. The desserts were fresh and presented nicely. I'm happy to pay $20 for a nice Sunday Brunch but today was not only disappointing but WAY overpriced for the experience.

I'm sure they do.
