the hotel was very busy & our rooms weren’t ready until after 4:00 MP. The elevator was broken. And yet in spite of those problems the front desk staff were outstandingly kind and patient with all the cranky customers.When we got to our room it was clean, fully stocked and comfortable. It was a quiet oasis. The pool and hot tub were heaven. Breakfast was as advertised, so we got off to an early start. Thank you!

Positive: The room was spacious. The breakfast provided good variety. The room and common areas were noticeably clean and well maintained. Negative: The Wi-Fi in my room was weak. At times it was somehow disconnect while I was using and I had to go back to settings to connect again..

Positive: Location and cleanliness. Delicious breakfast. Negative: The game room. Apparently the change machine was stolen and not replaced. And the front desk was not prepared to hand out change. It was one of the reasons we chose to stay there. My children were greatly disappointed. Plus internet was non existent.

I will start from booking. When I called on 03/09/2022 to reserve a room for 03/21/2022, the person I spoke to did not know how to do anything. I asked if I could reserve with one card and pay with another she said that is fine. I asked if I could pay that same day she said no that it would have to be paid the day of check out. Fast forward to 03/16/2022 my flight had changed so I called for a late check in. There was no record of my reservation. My name was spelt wrong in the system. When they finally found my reservation they had me only staying one day when I originally booked for 4. My email was put in wrong as well. The person I was speaking to told me the first person I spoke to was new. When I arrived at midnight on 03/21/2022 they asked for my card to run I explained what I was told over the phone that I couldn't pay till check out so I didn't get the other card information form my employer because of this. I went ahead and gave them my company card and told them it would be denied because my limit is less the the other card I planned on using. It was denied. I told the clerk checking me in I could just use my personal card. She said as long as I have the right card the next day I would be fine. The next day when I got back from my conference I had the card ran. Asked the clerk to take the note down since I took care of it. The next morning 03/23/2022 as I was eating breakfast the front desk clerk was speaking loudly on the phone and I heard my name she called me a liar to whomever was on the other line. She said I told the lady booking me in that I was told I didn't need a card on file to book the room (my card was on file from day 1). I explained to her that, that is not the truth and I never said that and I would appreciate her not yelling my last name across the hotel and calling me a lair for everything to hear. She said she checked to make sure no one was around. Obviously not good enough as she did not know I was within earshot. And if you had to check to make sure no one was around you probably should not be yelling private information. She then told me I never should been allowed to Stay. She did apologize but when she did she told me she was on the phone with her manager (she was not unless her and her manager gossip on the phone for 30 minutes). When I explained the whole situation I was told that there wasn't any new people so she acted again like I was lying. This whole situation was extremely unprofessional and the hotel needs to get their stuff together. I'm very unhappy and would never stay at the hotel again.
