I rescued a mourning dove baby bird that fell from its nest and has a broken leg. Can you do anything for this bird? Thanks

While I'm sure VCA can help you, they are more for pets. However, if you are not willing to keep the dove as a pet, you can always take injured wild birds to Pelican Harbor Seabird Station in Miami, as they nurse wild birds back to health before releasing them into nature.
