The HOA Reps, Chairman, VP, etc., hide and do not acknowledge any resident complaints. In addition, they DO misappropriate funds, etc., which is illegal (Statue 720.303). I plan to go as far to file a lawsuit. Who is with me?

Worst service. Every time I come in the young girl is sitting on her phone never paying attention to customers. She doesn't pay attention to orders and never thanks customers for coming in. It's time for a change in this place. Very poor service

I'm a resident of Kingspoint (8 months) Delray Beach - realtor on the grds (forget the name) I had a realtor off the grds - I don't know about mortgages - think who ever you chose. - there is an application fee all residents ( used be $100) - renters and owner and addtional fee for ID and car sticker and adtional fee for owner. (used be $1,000) - Head mangement (Vesta) than every buildings has its own HOA with a managment company (more than 1 managment company) every building HOA varies prices. Their 2 prices in every section depends on 1 or 2 bedroom ( few different 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom.layouts - mainly 2 floors 48 condos each section also villias style 1 floor section ( cermanic title roof) - on grds transportation, transportation goes grds bunch place - free with resident ID - Florida liscense realtor - I used a realtor and search on line mainly 2 sites that my realtor got me more info on set up all apointments to see ( I use realtors.com and zillow.com)
