Waited months for a job that was never done had to pick up my parts and go elsewhere because they kept putting people ahead of me. Good work when they can get to you. The first spoke replacement was great the rest was pretty bad. Waited since May picked up parts tired of waiting today Sept 12

Friendly service (mostly) but incompetent mechanics. Every time I go here it’s out of convenience/price but I end up having to go somewhere else, like NYC Velo or Bicycle Habit, to actually get the fix done the right way a day later so it ends up more expensive both in time and cash. AVOID if you have a road bike and want to actually get it taken care of. I’ve given this place 3 whole strikes and really wanted to like it bc they seem down to earth and have good prices. But yeah, avoid… all they will do is take your time and money and give you bad advice about your bike. Minus more points for one arrogant mechanic that will tell you something is fixed when it clearly isn’t. :/
