thanks Chris. It depends on a lot of factors. Generally speaking and depending on which material we need to use (porcelain vs composite) prices can range from $500 thru $1800 per tooth. While we do accept most PPO dental insurance plans, we do not have any in-network providers with Delta Dental. This means that you'd pay out of pocket for your visits, but we'd file for your direct reimbursement on your behalf.
We have a few different whitening options available in our office, and we're happy to review which option works best for you to help you achieve your smile goals. Options range from whitening tubes for use with at-home trays, in-office whitening, and take-home whitening. Prices range from $200 to $850.
