Floors are always filthy and the dryers suck. It’s unfortunate because this is the only laundromat around that leaves my clothes feeling clean but it’s unacceptable that one load of laundry split between 4 dryers is still damp after 30 minutes. I always end up spending an additional 15-20 minutes longer here due to having to re-dry stuff

It is a joke and I will let others know the same and let them.know to go to the one in Waterford. Owners actually treat you like a customer and not like someone who is trying to get a free wash.

Extremely dirty Dreyer's can't get them to turn on high heat or low heat the whole face is nasty inside the washers filthySo sorry that you had a poor experience. We spend several hours each morning cleaning before the store opens. Unfortunately weekend traffic in the laundromat is very high and some people choose not to clean up after themselves so despite stopping in a couple times a day to clean and pick up- it’s difficult to catch everything all the time. All of our dryers that are operating work on all settings and washers are cleaned inside and out daily so any dirt or grime came from the person who used it immediately before you. Thanks for the feedback! We will continue to work on improving customer experience.
