This is a very affordable coworking space for the location. They were very thorough in following coworking policies. The managers also did the utmost to make my stay at this location as comfortable as possible. They also returned my security deposit without mishap!

I was a member here for about a year. The staff is amazing and will go above and beyond for you, even if you are a short term user. Many options available for desk space and time (annual, monthly, daily, I think even by the hour). Multiple unique conference spaces, a variety of desk locations available, and private offices (if they’re not all taken by now). Amenities are wonderful, corner view of liberty place, accessories available at the desk. Coffee, tea, water available with a small kitchen including fridge, freezer, and microwave. Cheapest parking lot is on Sansone between 20th and 21st ($14 daily), but I usually used street parking ($2.50 -$3 per hour). It’s in Rittenhouse Square so food options are unlimited. Currently (winter 2019) not too full and usually quiet, private phone both also available. It is a small space, only one floor (2nd) of a small building. There is no elevator that I know of so may not be wheelchair accessible. Front door has security code when desk attendance isn’t in, but typically it’s unlocked 9-4 weekdays. As far as shared office space goes, I’d strongly recommend visiting Task Up. TL,DR: great small shared work space with a variety of desk space in a nice area of center city. Check it out!

Great question! Our location offers an event space that can fit up to 30 people. If you would like to be on the safe side and account for extra guests, we've partnered with two new locations in the heart of Chinatown and Northeast Philadelphia. Hi Kenneth, Yes, we are available for booking 24/7. We have someone in the office Monday - Friday typically from 9am-5pm.
