You have 60 days to return your purchase with the receipt, or using your rewards account, as long as the shoes aren't worn. After 60 days you are able to receive store credit, but after 6 months, the shoes are most likely no longer in the system and can no longer return or exchange the shoes. If don't have a receipt nor a rewards card, they will give a merchandise credit at current price in store.
