If I could give them no stars I would because the lady who answered the phone was very nasty and rude I have never been there and will never go because if you treat customers like that over the phone I only imagine how you treat them in person nasty Thanks for your response but the person who answered the phone stated that it was only one stylist in there today and she already had someone in the chair she stated maybe she could answer my questions I asked how much was a sewin she said $100 and I stated oh I thought you all did $50 sewin she said not anymore so I asked how much for a 16-18 straight no curls with closure she stated oh that’s going to be to short I stated I don’t like really long hair she said it would be $150 I stated for just a flat no curls then she said $130 my questions is which price is she was putting her own spin on things maybe it was the owner who answered but it wasn’t the girl who was doing the hair as a matter of what I called back again I got the same rude lady again save that covering up the more I I think about I’m sure it was the owner because they were to cocky

They always turn around customers like in the mid of the day it’s 2:20 pm on a Saturday and they say nobody taking anymore people… clearly your business hours are posted til 4 pm closing

I love this place so much ! I normally do my own hair because I do not trust anyone and I’m an aspiring hairstylist myself, so I never felt the need to go anyone. However, I literally felt at home. So sweet and hilarious. I never really had a set place I would get my hair done because I moved a lot growing up and now that I am settling down, I wanted somewhere I can go and feel at ease…and they did just that. I will be there every month for a touch up and the vibes ! ** pictures do no justice on how laid my hair was ***
