I ordered a sofa from CB2, and it arrived without care instructions. It ended up with a stain from spilling a drink on it, and blotting out the liquid (as per the CB2 online product description) which only caused the stain to spread. CB2 suggested that I pay for professional cleaning, which I balked at and asked for a return. I have to pay a 25% restocking fee because of the stain, even though I wasn't given care instructions - as per the service rep, its still my fault because I should have googled the care instructions for the type of material before trying to clean it. Why should I order anything from CB2 or its affiliates again?
