The staff in the office is absolutely tremendous. They are so pleasant to talk to and very informative. The kind of staff every apartment complex deserves to have! An office ran by such smart and attentive women! Thank you to all of them!!

I had the opportunity to live in Crossing for a few years and my stay was pleasant thanks to the special attention of Lisa Soriano. An attentive person, cordial and willing to help in any situation. She has been a great help even now that I don't live there. totally grateful

You must contact our team to proceed with the application process. If there are no apartment homes available when you connect with our leasing team, your application will be added to our interest list. You are also welcome to apply in person. Does the crossings go by how much credit history you have because I have went to a different place that wasn’t low income housing and they denied me because I didn’t have 3 years or more credit history or does the crossings go by your income ?

Great question! During our background screening process we do look at the credit history for each applicant over the age of 18 but we don't have a requirement for length of credit history. We also look at income. Applicants must make at least two times the rent amount but no more than the maximum income allowed by our affordable housing program. Thanks for reaching out! Google Maps says it will take 2 hours and 12 minutes if you take the NW Federal Highway on foot. If you are able to bike it will cut down to about 30 minutes.
